Please keep in mind the following policies before coming in for your appointment:
- Masks are required.
- There is a $100 deposit for any type of permanent makeup, the remaining balance will be paid on the day of the appointment.
- Touch-up prices are exclusively for previous clients, we recommend letting semi-permanent makeup from other artists fade before coming in for an appointment at Skin by Sarah.
- Any extra touch up won’t be complimentary.
- Clients may send a clear picture of their eyebrows, if they feel comfortable, for a pre-consultation on the phone.
- A consultation is required before your Microblading appointment, if we decide you are not a good candidate for permanent makeup your consultation fee will not be refunded.
- If we decide you are a good candidate, then the consultation fee will go towards the procedure if your Microblading appointment takes place on the same day.
- On the day of arrival, be prepared to fill out a consent form and medical history release form.
- Please be respectful of our time as we will be of yours, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment we ask that you reschedule.
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, deposits will not be refunded.
- If you miss your complimentary touch-up appointment without notifying in order to reschedule, it will be subject to charge.
- We politely ask that clients leave their children and pets at home.
